Welcome to the Holistic Cycle and Nature Mentor Training for Women.
This 200-hour annual training program starts in September 2026 in Trahütten (Styria) and deepens your understanding of the body, the menstrual cycle, and nature. In a practical setting, you will learn about the menstrual cycle, botany and natural history, as well as embodiment and yoga teachings.
A transformative journey awaits you, one that connects body, mind, and soul.
