A heartfelt welcome to a journey of self-discovery and the strengthening of your feminine sound!
The Sound Wolves GATHERING – it is a transformation that will enrich your life and your practice.
On this unique journey, you will not only deepen your connection to your voice but also to the treasures of nature.
By incorporating ancient crafts and plant knowledge into our workshops, new possibilities will open up for you.
Discover plants that strengthen, nourish, and enrich the female body, and celebrate feminine power in all its splendor!
Our SOUND & NATURE GATHERING is tailored for women who want to become aware of their voice—or perhaps already are—and who want to experiment with instruments such as: handpan, percussion instruments, drums, frame drums, shruti box, ngoni, ... sounds, and explore, research, and elevate their workshops/retreats to a new level.
We are:
Mystical - Cyclical - Rhythmic - Creative
We honor the cyclical movements of women and use the potential of these rhythms in our unique embodiment practices. Yoga & embodiment practices are here for self-care for women who place their needs at the center and seek true connection to their femininity. Our body is allowed to "express" itself.
Through women-specific yoga/sound/voice practices and self-care rituals, you will gradually come closer to yourself.
Our training aims to bring you back to your feminine intuition and inherent feminine wisdom. We combine science and spirituality and focus on experiential learning.
Leave this GATHERING with more clarity, vitality, and a deeper connection to your voice, your rhythm, and your inner nature.
