I'm going to try SELFLOVE & FEMININE EMBODIMENT - I'm still a little unsure what to expect.

The women's circles take place every first Friday of the month.

If your heart calls for opening, honest exchange, and sensuality, then you are invited to immerse yourself in the women's circle, recharge, and feel your original power and vitality. For over 10 years now, Asija and I have been connected by a very special devotion to the feminine essence and a passion for creating spaces for deep encounters, openness, and true intimacy. At our first women's circle on March 5th, we will dedicate ourselves to the first center of power: your womb—your center, the seat of your creative energy, and the place of arrival.

We will connect with our center through "Authentic Inquiry," various breathing exercises, asana and bandha physical exercises, and elements from Womb Yoga.

A nourishing womb meditation as well as communal singing and flowing movements are also part of our first meeting.

No previous knowledge is necessary, every woman is welcome!
